This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on calebmatthewhans.com. Calebmatthewhans is operated by Caleb Matthew Hans LLC. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing
Payment Verification: All orders are processed after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days: Our fulfillment team operates from Monday to Friday, Mountain Standard Time (MST), and is closed on major U.S. holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (MST) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed on the following business day.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with trusted national and international carriers, including:

- Local Postal Services (for final delivery where applicable)
3. Shipping Options, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
To estimate when your order will arrive, please add our handling time (the time to prepare your order) to the transit time (the time your package is in shipment).

- Total Estimated Delivery Time: This is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
- External Delays: Once an order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier operational issues, or other external factors. We appreciate your patience.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and prepare your order for shipment.
- When your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Tracking information may take 3-7 days to become active in the carrier’s system. Please allow time for the tracking status to update.
- If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date or if tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Caleb Matthew Hans LLC is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address: Inaccurate or incomplete address information may cause processing or delivery delays. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Forwarding/Redirection: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to a package that occurs after a customer has requested the carrier to forward or redirect it from the original address provided.
6. Special Orders & Customization
For personalized items or orders that require customization, additional processing time may be necessary for our design team. The specific time required will depend on the complexity of your request. We will communicate any significant extensions beyond our standard handling time.
7. Shipping Limitations
We DO NOT currently ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses
- International destinations (any location outside the Continental United States)
